What is DISCĀ®?
DISC is a worldwide used behavioral analysing system. Your behavior preferences will be profiled and you will be challenged to improve your behavior to interact more effectively with others (leading, communication, negotioation, selling etc.) by given strategies for improvement. Your profile will most likely be a combination of D,I,S or C. D stands for Dominance, I for Influence, S for Stability and C for Consciousness. You can use DISC for:
